Additional Disk Storage Pricing

This article outlines important changes to WPCloud's additional disk storage pricing structure, effective December 12, 2024. It details the new rates, explains how existing customers are affected, and provides key information about the transition period.

Key Changes

Previous Rate: $3.50 CAD per month per 10GB storage pack

New Rate: $5.00 CAD per month per 10GB storage pack

Effective Date: December 12, 2024

Impact on Existing Customers

Grandfathered Pricing Period

All storage packs purchased before December 12, 2024, will remain at the original rate (\$3.50 CAD) until January 1st, 2026

This protection applies only to existing storage allocations

After January 1st, 2026

All storage packs will transition to the new rate

Customers will be notified before the transition

Impact on New Storage Requests

For Existing Customers

Any additional storage packs requested after December 12, 2024, will be at the new rate (\$5.00 CAD)

Existing storage packs remain unaffected

For New Customers

All storage packs will be at the new rate of $5.00 CAD per 10GB pack
