WPCloud Holiday Schedule – 2025 / 2026
As the holiday season approaches, the WPCloud family would like to extend our warmest wishes for a safe and joyful holiday to you and your loved ones.
We believe in the importance of our team members spending quality time with their families during this special period. While our data centres remain fully staffed and operational 24/7, our support and migration teams will be operating under modified schedules, as outlined below.
Datacentre Operations
Our data centres will remain fully operational and staffed 24/7 throughout the holidays. No interruptions to server uptime are anticipated.
Support Team Availability
Our Support Team will be available 24/7, but will be operating under a Limited Support schedule during certain periods. This means we will prioritise critical emergencies such as site or server down events. For non urgent requests, please expect a delayed response during these periods.
Limited Support: Our support team will only be responding to critical emergencies such as site or server down events.
Full Support: Normal support operations with our team responding to all issues within our normal SLA.

Migrations and Provisioning Team Availability
Our Migrations and Provisioning team will be operating with a modified schedule to allow for holiday time off.
Dec. 24: 9AM – 2PM ET
Dec. 25: CLOSED
Dec. 26: CLOSED
Dec. 27: 9AM – 7PM ET
Dec. 28: CLOSED
Dec. 29: CLOSED
Dec. 30: 9AM – 7PM ET
Dec. 31: 9AM – 2PM ET
Jan. 1: CLOSED (Happy New Year!)
Jan. 2: Back to normal migration hours – 10AM – 6PM ET
Please plan ahead
Each year we see an increasing number of migration and provisioning requests over the holiday period, including many last minute requests. To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to submit any planned migrations, new server requests, or larger site moves well in advance of the dates above.
During Limited Support days and on dates when the Migrations and Provisioning team is closed, new migration and provisioning work will not be started. Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis once the team is back on Full Support and normal migration hours.
If you know you will be launching a new site, moving an existing site, or making significant changes that may require our assistance, please open a ticket as early as possible so we can schedule the work and minimise any disruption.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this holiday season and will do everything we can to assist you in a timely manner.
