Additional Disk Storage Pricing Update (2024–2025)

Important update: This is our first disk storage pricing adjustment since 2013.
Effective: December 12, 2024 — the 10 GB storage pack changes from $3.50 to $5.00 per month.

Our journey and this change

• We kept the same storage pricing for 11 years (2013–2024) while continuously upgrading infrastructure.
• We moved from traditional drives → SSDs → premium NVMe (pioneering NVMe in Canadian WordPress hosting).
• We absorbed rising infrastructure costs to maintain stable pricing.
• This update reflects current-generation NVMe investment.

What each GB includes

• Full cluster replication
• Twice-daily backups
• 30-day backup retention across two redundant data centres

Protection for existing customers

• All current customers keep their existing storage rates until January 1, 2026.
• The adjustment only affects new storage additions after December 12, 2024.
